For Mood Lifters Alumni

Alumni know the benefits of the Mood Lifters program. They have asked for a forum to continue to engage with the techniques and meet with other alumni. We offer a monthly alumni group—this Infinity Group—and a weekly alumni group.

Our Strategy. Your Strength.

Mood Lifters took the most effective treatments and wove them into a peer-led program to:

  • Reduce stress, depression and anxiety
  • Help you live a more positive and fulfilling life

Specifically, Mood Lifters offers our alumni

  • Monthly hour-long meetings ($12/month)

Mood Lifters improves lives via:

  • Skilled peer leaders who have benefited from the program
  • Accountability and motivation from our point system
  • Effective strategies based on science
  • Support and encouragement from fellow group members

What is Mood Lifters?

Mood Lifters is an innovative program that was developed by researchers at the University of Michigan.The Mood Lifters program brings together small groups to discuss and implement strategies to improve their mental health and overall well-being. Our goal is to help people live the life they’ve always wanted: one with deep meaning, less anxiety and depression, more joy and contentment, and better relationships.
